The setting sunLaying on this dirty asphault.
Eyes clinging to the colored clouds above.
Feeling only the summer wind brushing against my arms.

The street is empty,
Only the sound of trees swaying from this earthly wind.
The sun is setting slowly,
casting shades on these unfufilled streets.
Far out in the corner of my horizon I see the fading colors;pink, purple, and blue.
Only conducting beautiful tears.

A bird flys over heard,
gliding through the soft breezed sky.
His wings flap fast,
He seems weightless in this never ending firmament above.

Cars drive by only starring,
never questioning these actions,
taking all of it for granted.

I see the small road ahead,
I see the car lights shining through the fog.

The tears begin to settle in my eyes.
Don\'t feel the pain, don\'t let it all be known.
It\'s been killing me for almost a year now.
Everyday knowing that it might be told,
Every day seeking for a response.

My writing is nothing more to people than a peice of paper with letters. They see no emotion, they see only the black ink.
This page will remain blank to them, blank is all I am.
They only say the things about me that I hate, and worse, the things about me that I love.

Ok. This shot is absolutely beautiful. The framing of the shot is wonderful; the face being positioned half off the page adds alot of mystery. It really makes the viewer look at the eye. The glare in the eye is awesome because it comes through a strand of hair. The positioning of the hand is great body language(no pun intended), and along with the expression and the covered eye it makes it look as if your a little shy or bashful, which is something that people are drawn to. The black and white works awesomely here, I think it draws everything together, and keeps the attention where it should be in the picture.
I probably anylized all of that way too much...
Anyway, this is definitely your best photography, and I dont understand why it isn't faved at all! I guess I'll :+fav: it, then. Maybe nobody wanted to be the first... :P
Looking at all your pictures in your gallery, I'm very surprised that your pageviews are SO LOW! You definitely seem to be underapriciated, especially with the quality of alot of your shots. You definitely need to go comment on a lot of stuff and spread your name around. Everyone should see deviants like you. I saw you had some poetry so I'll go check that out now...

another great picture. i love your expression here to. i dont know i might be wrong. but this picture gives me a sense of shyness. like only half of your face is showing.

I just saw this on the front page. Really great black white contrast. I like the expression as well. Cool picture.
